Hi. I'm Sophie, and I am known to neutralize chaos.
I am a behavioral systems thinker who operates at the intersection of people, technology, and organizational change. My work is defined by rapid synthesis of complex, ambiguous problems; pattern recognition across disciplines and data; and precision execution that turns strategy into something real, measurable, and fast. I design with a user-first lens, which means risk mitigation is built into the architecture from the start, not bolted on at the end. I call that signal architecture: building the feedback loops, the data pathways, and the human checkpoints before the system needs them.
I am also what I call a possibiliphile. I am genuinely energized by what does not exist yet. My natural mode is full-circle orchestration: I do not hand things off at the concept stage. I see them through from the first question to the last measurement, and everything in between.

With over a decade leading award-winning learning and talent development programs at companies like Verizon, Coursera, and Block, I bring a rare combination of creative vision and operational rigor. I have built leadership development ecosystems for 16,000 global leaders, designed AI-powered learning simulations using Claude, and engineered agentic content pipelines that compress development timelines without sacrificing quality.
My work lives where human judgment and machine intelligence meet, and my job is to make sure the human side is always protected, developed, and heard..
