Instruction, meet Design.
When it comes to instructional design, there's a delicate dance between science and art – and that is where I thrive. My experience includes:
Adult learning theories
Program management (from inception to execution)
eLearning authoring tool proficiency
API, xAPI, and HTML integration
Accessibility and 508 Compliance
Human-centered design for elevated LX
Topics such as financial, safety, leadership, technical, business transformation, systems, compliance, and more.
Program Management
When partnering with stakeholders, it is critical to keep a strong pulse on the program health and progress. This includes rallying around a North Star, aligning on responsibilities, and identifying potential risks.

vILT Deck sample
Weaving key learning points into a cohesive story for virtual Instructor-Led workshop mixes science with art.
This example captures two different "voices" onscreen, acting as a compliment to the instructor's talk-track. This creates a stronger opportunity for learners to identify with the "voice" that matches their individual style the most.
vILT experience includes: facilitation guides and decks, CPE, Train-the-Trainers, designing Socratic discussions, break-out room activities, panel talks, and more.
OLT & Multimedia
With asynchronous learning, engaging your audience is mission-critical. Using Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Google Sites, or other authoring tools, I pride myself in blending higher-order thinking prompts with interactivity.
The end result? An intuitive LX.
Experience includes: OLT/Video production and development, API integration for personalized content, and gamification LXs.
Reinforcement Sample
As part of my M.Ed. Applied Project in 2018, I developed an interactive Sales Tool and eCourse with Articulate Storyline 360 that relied on various triggers and variables.
This Job Aid was designed for Account Managers as reinforcement to help them launch and navigate through the tool.
Evaluation
Completed? Check.
Surveyed? Done.
ROI? Oh, now we're talking.
This sample demonstrates creative ways to use data to track learner performance, identify cost-savings, and measure the company's return-on-investment. These attributable metrics are targeted, poignant, and attributable to the training initiative.
